MEASURING

Once you have figured out the pelmet configuration type you require it is time to measure up your windows. It is not essential to calculate the exact measurement as this will be done on site once you have accepted our quote.

By measuring and estimating your desired pelmet length you can then refer to the pricing tables in the pricing section to get an estimate cost of the pelmet.

Please note that the pricing table is based on fabric supplied by customer, with no special requirements. Prices are based on 200mm and 300mm fascia heights.

Custom sizes and fabric with special requirements, prices are POA.

How to measure

To measure, simply use a tape measure and

measure the window opening (Ref A).

Then measure the desired overhang for the pelmet on both sides of the window opening (Ref B&C).

Add all the measurements (A,B&C)  together to get the overall length (Ref Pelmet).

If you have curtain tracks or rods ensure that you allow sufficient overhang to keep these within the pelmet.

We suggest adding at least 50mm overall when measuring the extremities of the curtains and hardware.
